MOU

The Kaipara Moana Remediation Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Ministry for the Environment, on behalf of the Crown, and Ngā Maunga Whakahii o Kaipara, Te Rūnunga o Ngāti Whātua, Te Uri o Hau Settlement Trust, Northland Regional Council and Auckland Council on 9 October 2020.
